Our Primary Goal

To successfully maintain competitive debate programs throughout Louisiana, adding new urban secondary schools as LUDL grows. LUDL has chosen to focus its efforts on debate (Policy, Public Forum, Big Questions & Congressional Debate) and speech (Extemporaneous, Oratory & Informative) because research shows that these form of debate dramatically changes educational outcomes for urban students.
